Kalau begitu, Alhamdulillah. Tetapi kalau nak tunda Perhimpunan Agung tu, diharap janganlah... takut nanti tiba-tiba banyak pula kejadian Perhimpunan Raksasa (Haram) menjelang Disember untuk menggantikannya!
Akhir kata, diharap bukan kerana usul ini pula MKT nak bermesyuarat...
Kemaskini...
La, punyalah lama dah sangat menunggu sehingga hilang sat harapan. Masih bolehkah kita berharap?

Najib pun dah tak boleh diharap ...
Sear A.M Ubaidah,
Just wondering..maybe your Dad and Tun Mahathir have retired..but don't tell me that they, together with Daim and other `orang pencen..quoting Pak lah' can't conjure up something and end this shitty rule of Badawi??!!
Pls, don't give me the crap that all these great Umno veterans have no say in the party no more. I am sure if there is a concerted front on their part...petik sekali, tanggal sarung Pak Lah and seluar dalam Khairy!!!
Lazerjuan. Whilst one may wish at this time that it was true that veterans, even of Tun Dr M's stature could remove Pak Lah so easily, we should also be thankful that it is not. UMNO in the end is a democratic institution, where the delegates at the various stages of the party have the most say, more so than any one leader.
Even the Supreme Council, the body that should have been providing the check and balance against the President, is subservient to the AGM. At best, veterans can exert influence, but influence wanes against the powers of any incumbent leader.
The problem with UMNO now is that its democratic processes have been tainted by abuse of power and political corruption by those at the very top. This did not happen overnight, but one cannot deny the exercise of raw power by Pak Lah & co since as early as 2004, when KuLi was shut-out from contesting against Pak Lah as president. Such direct intervention was new...
It does depend on the members and their delegates to make a difference now. They did remove a powerful incumbent once, admittedly through some monetary coercion and Anwar's propaganda that he had Tun Dr M's blessings, when Tun Ghafar and his 2 favoured VP's Pak Lah & TS Sanusi, was unseated in 1993. They almost did it to Tun Dr M in 1987.
There is greater urgency to unseat Pak Lah now...
